Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we deliver the ebooks and merchandise you buy from the Vital Apps LLC shop.

Ebooks

Ebooks are delivered instantly. Right after you pay, you will get a download link by email, and you can also download your ebook from the order confirmation page. There is no shipping charge for ebooks. If you can’t find your email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us.

Merchandise

Our shirts, hats, mugs, and other merchandise are printed and shipped by our print partner, Printful. Each item is made just for you after you order.

• Making your item: usually 2 to 5 business days.
• Shipping: after your item is made, the carrier’s delivery time is added on top. This depends on where you live and the shipping option you choose.
• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships, you will get an email with tracking information.

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or late packages

If your package seems lost, or tracking hasn’t updated for a while, please contact us with your order number. We will work with Printful and the carrier to help find it or make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible.
