This policy explains when you can get a refund or replacement for something you bought from the Vital Apps LLC shop. If you have any problem with an order, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Our ebooks are PDF files that you can download right away. Because you receive the full file as soon as it is delivered, all ebook sales are final once the ebook has been delivered. We can’t offer refunds for change of mind.
There is one exception. If your ebook file is broken, won’t open, or never arrived, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will send you a working file, or if we can’t fix the problem, we will give you a full refund.
Our merchandise is printed just for you when you order. Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size and product details on each product page before you order.
If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, we will replace it or refund you. To ask for this:
You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to show the refund.
